• A refund will only be issued if:

o The product arrives damaged or incorrectly due to our error.

o You receive the incorrect size or color.

• To request a refund, you must contact us directly through our site chat or by email.

• We cannot provide refunds or replacements if:

o The shipping carrier loses or delaysyour package.

o An incorrect or incomplete addresswas entered at checkout.

o Your order is returned to us due to customer error.

• If you purchase shipping insurance, you may file a claim with clear proof of the issue.  

     Please note that insurance does not apply if tracking information shows the package was successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout.

Shipping & Processing

• Ready-to-Ship / Pre-Made Items: If an item is ready to ship, please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be shipped out. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email & text with the contact information entered during your purchase.

• Items generally leave our facility within 2-3 days but can take up to 7–14 business days depending on destination.

• Please note that unexpected delays can occasionally occur, but our estimated timeframes are accurate in most cases.

If delivery times are longer than the specified time then your item was made-to-order.

• Orders containing pre-order items generally ship within 2-3 weeks, but depending on production volume, it may take up to 6–10 weeks. Production time typically ranges from 6-7 days, then 2-3 days to ship to us, lastly 1-2 days to ship to you ♡

If shipping times take longer than previously stated, your order will be eligible for a refund, or store credit ⚠︎
